“Fly and Bike Thailand” Project
in Celebration of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand’s Birthday
Wednesday, 10 December 2014 (06.00 A.M. – 05.00 P.M.)

• 06.00 A.M.
• - Registration
  - Briefings on the activity, biking routes, safety biking rules and regulations from MC.
• 06.45 A.M.
• - Opening Ceremony / Photo session.
• 07.00 A.M.
• - The executives of both organizations release all 999 cyclists from Thai Airways Head Office.
  - The executive and celebrity cycling groups will be released first, followed by group 1 – 5 of 500 cyclists (releasing 3 minutes apart) and group 6 – 10 of 499 cyclists.
• 09.00 A.M.
• - The cycling groups stop at The Royal Plaza (Stop by groups’ colours)
  - Taking group photos at the Royal Plaza, lining up in their colours.
• 10.00 A.M.
• - 500 cyclists in group 1 – 5 (releasing 3 minutes apart) and 499 cyclists in group 6 – 10 heading toward Rama VIII bridge.
• 11.00 A.M.
• - Arriving at Bangkok Noi bridge, going to Siriraj Hospital and heading to Siriraj Phimukhsthan Museum. Get ready to approach the 100th Anniversary Siriraj Pavilion to extend best wishes to His Majesty the King. (The first 5 cycling groups enter the ceremony at 11:30 A.M. and group 6 – 10 joins the ceremony at 12:00 P.M.)
• 11.30 A.M.
• Set 1: Presentation of flower “Pan Poom” in front of His Majesty’s portrait
  - THAI’s Management Executives
  - TAT’s Management Executives
  - 10 representatives of the cyclists.
• 12.00 P.M.
• Set 2: Presentation of flower “Pan Poom” in front of His Majesty’s portrait
  - THAI’s Management Executives
  - TAT’s Management Executives
  - 10 representatives of the cyclists.
  
• 12.30 P.M.
• - Lunch at Siriraj Medical Museum and enjoy exclusive mini acoustic concert by Whatcharawalee band, followed by a visit to Siriraj Medical Meseum. Donation is welcomed and it will be brought into Siriraj charity.
• 14.30 P.M.
• - The groups are heading to Wat Arun.
• 15.30 P.M.
• - Joining the praying ceremony to extend best wishes to His Majesty The King at Wat Arun.
• 16.00 P.M.
• - End of the ceremony, then taking photos together and partaking in retro temple fair theme party and having snacks.
  - End of Fly and Bike activity.
